We can provide an East Sussex address for use by individuals, sole traders and limited companies. Whether you require a Virtual Office, Mailbox service, Business Mailing Address and/or a Registered Office Address, I-Support can provide all this and more at competitive rates.

Our office address is situated in Polegate, just north of Eastbourne, conveniently minutes away from the A27, A22 and A259. Within 20 miles of our office are towns such as Bexhill, Brighton, Burgess Hill, Hailsham, Hastings, Haywards Heath, Eastbourne, Lewes, Newhaven, Polegate, Robertsbridge, Seaford or Uckfield.  

If you are local you can pick up your mail from the office, to prevent any wasted trip we can email you when you have mail to collect, and we can arrange a convenent time for you to drop by. Our offices are open Monday- Friday 9am - 5pm.

Collect from our office

 

Our Services prices start at £34.99 (+VAT) for a registered office for the year, and up to £125 (+VAT)  a year for all our mailing services (this includes a registered office, directors service address and business mailing address).

If you are unable to collect your post or live outside the local area (in the UK or Overseas) but wish to set up a new business presence in the area, or use our address as a base in the area, we can forward your mail to a UK or overseas address, by post either daily, weekly or monthly.

If necessary, we can also scan your mail to you, so there is no delay. You pay a mailing deposit, which we use to forward your mail.

Telephone & Meeting Room

 

Local Telephone Numbers. We can also provide you with a local geographical number for any part of Sussex or the UK, prices start at £10 a month.

If you are working part time in your business or find yourself unable to answer your calls - we can recommend a telephone answering service.


We are currently not hiring out the meeting room - we will update the website when we are in a position to start room hire again.

Are you looking for a small local meeting or interview room? 

Our meeting room holds six people - £5 (+VAT) per hour. Ideal for meeting customers and suppliers or to hold interviews

The main benefits of using our virtual office services are:

 
  • Protect your home address - you do not have to publicise your home address on websites, or stationery. Home workers may not want to use their own home address. If you plan to start up a business, you may not be ready to commit to renting an office space just yet.
  • You get a real business address, no PO Box or Suite No's or rent to pay or paying for any of the associated office costs - like utilities, insurances etc.
  • You can pick up your mail or we can forward it to you anywhere in UK or World. We are very flexible, so some weeks we can hold your mail and others we can forward via post. As long as you have a mailing deposit with us, we can deal with you post. Just keep us informed of what you wish us to do.


 
  • We can sign for your packages if you are unable to. Just let us know when to expect the package and we will let you know when it has arrived.
 
  • If you live in rented accommodation you may not be able to run a business from that address - check your contract! If this is the case, you can easily sign up for our services and our address becomes your business address.
